• Delivery time depends on your location, traffic, weather, and other factors.
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Payments

• Payments can be made via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or COD (if available).
• Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled. Refunds are allowed only as per the return policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery in case of damaged, expired, or wrong products.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to use RedAppleStore.in only for genuine purchases. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or false information may lead to account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by reasons beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, traffic, etc.).

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of orders or services of RedAppleStore.in will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
